1. नेट सेल (टारगेट अवधि के दौरान) के सत्यापन के बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन की अंतिम स्थिति बदल सकती है और इस स्थिति में एसोसिएट बायर्स को बिना कोई कारण बताए एंट्री से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा.
The final status of the registration may change after the verification of net sales (during the target period) and Associate Buyers will be denied entry in this situation without assigning any reason.

2. कृपया नोट करें एक बार ट्रिप का ऑप्शन चुने जाने के बाद न ही इसमें परिवर्तन किया जाएगा और न ही आपके अनुपस्थित रहने पर अन्य किसी को लाभ दिया जाएगा इसलिए अपने चयन सावधानीपूर्वक करें इस विषय में भविष्य में कोई भी दावा (क्लेम) स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा.
Please note that no other benefits or options will be given if you fail to attend the program on the selected date. No future claim in this regard will be entertained, accordingly select your option carefully.

3. यह रजिस्ट्रेशन कूपन सिर्फ क्वालिफाइड RCM ID लीडर या एसोसिएट बायर्स के अपने स्वयं का वैध RCM ID और सरकार द्वारा जारी फोटो ID जैसे कि आधार कार्ड, वोटर ID, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पासपोर्ट दिखाने पर ही वैध होगा होटल मैनेजमेंट और ट्रॉफिक वैलनेस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड मैनेजमेंट किसी भी अन्य व्यक्ति को एंट्री देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जा सकता.
This registration coupon is valid only for the qualified RCM achievers ( AB or Leader)on production of valid RCM ID with Government approved Photo ID with address ( Like Aadhar, Voter ID , Passport, Driving licence etc…) at the time of check Inn, the entry will be denied if any other person other than qualified RCM achievers ( AB or Leader) report the location.

4. कृपया अपने कोविड वैक्सीनेशन सर्टिफिकेट, नेगेटिव RT-PCR, नेगेटिव एंटीजन रिपोर्ट (कोई एक) साथ लेकर आयें और उसे पूरे समय अपने साथ रखें और होटल मैनेजमेंट इनके न होने पर एंट्री देने से मना कर सकता है.
Please keep handy COVID Vaccination Certificate ready or negative RTPCR/Antigen Test with you all the time. Hotels may deny admission for want of any of these documents.

5. कपल के रूप में क्वालीफाई करने वाले लीडर या एसोसिएट बायर्स को डबल ऑक्यूपेंसी या सिंगल क्वालीफाई करने वालों को ट्रिपल शेयरिंग रूम पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर दिए जाएंगे.
The triple sharing rooms will be provided to Single Entry on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Those qualified as Couple will get double occupancy rooms on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

6. अकेली महिला के लिए महिला के साथ ही रूम शेयरिंग का ऑप्शन दिया जाएगा. कृपया प्रोग्राम में किसी भी अन्य अतिरिक्त साथी या बच्चों को लेकर न आएं. कृपया ध्यान दें कि, होटल प्रबंधन बच्चों के लिए अतिरिक्त शुल्क ले सकता है और वह राशि सीधे होटल को देय होनी चाहिए।
Suitable arrangements will be made for Single Women attending the program. Kindly do not bring any other family member/ children other than qualified/eligible counts. Kindly note that, the hotel management may charge additional amount for children and that should be payble directly to the hotel.

7. कृपया होटल के नियम व शर्तों का सही तरीके से पालन करें, वेन्यू के अनुरूप उचित कपड़े जैसे स्विम वियर, फॉर्मल और कैज़ुअल कपड़े इत्यादि साथ लाएं.
Kindly follow the Hotel rules and guidelines, bring swimwear, formal dress and casual dress. Kindly carry suitable clothing like swimwear, formal wear and casual wear.

8. होटल तक आने जाने की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं की रहेगी कृपया उसी अनुसार अपने अरेंजमेंट करें. होटल का चेक-इन और चेक-आउट टाइम के अनुसार ही प्रवेश और चेक-आउट दिया जाएगा. होटल को जल्दी रूम देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जा सकता है, कृपया अपने होटल पहुँचने के समय को उसी के अनुसार निर्धारित करें.
Kindly make your own arrangements for to and fro to the Hotel as per Check In and Check Out timing. The Hotels can not be forced to provide early check in so please make your arrangements accordingly.

9. ट्रॉफिक वेलनेस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड प्रबंधन के नियंत्रण में नहीं होने वाली किसी भी अप्रिय घटना के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा, जिसके कारण कार्यक्रम रद्द हो सकता है।
Trophic Wellness Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any untoward incidents not in the control of the management leading to cancellation of program schedule.
